Very bad service. We won’t rent this again. They really don’t know how to treat a costumer.

Terrible service, the owner / manager was the one who gave the service. First I got locked out of the car even if it’s a 2018 van it’s supposed to have a sensor on the key so it won’t close the doors automatically, well it did close the doors with the keys inside, after calling this guy he offered to send another set of keys but NEVER said he was going to charge me another $200 for the service when locksmith charges $100 so it was a surprise to receive an email with the extra charge, I also asked for the door code and he said he didn’t have it. When I called him he just said, oh I don’t know what’s is that charge for let me call the accountant….. after 5 days I haven’t received back the $200 charge for the keys that NEVER got to me I had to call locksmith to open the van. It has been a terrible experience even that it was a technical malfunction he never took responsibility for it!!! Im NEVER renting with this company again

Where do I begin, I’ve been dealing with this place for almost 2 hours today and have tried to book a van thru their online page for some reason their price wasn’t matching the final payment ($400 more) I kept insisting if I can book it in person but they keep avoiding me. So finally after 2 hours of calling and avoiding me I told the Manager (located by Bush airport) that I simply did not trusted them on giving them my Debit Card # by phone, so this professional Manager told me screaming at me “ if you don’t trust us that’s your Problem I don’t need your business I have enough clients booked!”. My advice, be careful people this guys sound like Scammers.

Finding JJ Van Rental was the best experience for our family trip to Dallas. The van was comfortable, the price was within our budget. There were no hidden fees. Customer services was impeccable .Mr. Vin is super amazing, and gracious. I definitely will be returning to them ,and will be referring customers to JJ Van Rental . Thank you for your services!
