I've bought and listed 3+ buy-and-hold investment properties with John, as well a flip house. Whereas any realtor will answer your questions or do what you ask, John is the only one I know who is proactive. Before a problem pops up or an opportunity passes, he's already taken care of it... Driving by and checking on a property we've recently listed after thunderstorm? Done. Emailing over a new listing that fits my investment portfolio? Done.
