This was an awful experience. Do not get a uhaul from here! The location on the website does not match the location to pick up the truck. It sent is to a harvest grocery store. We called postal plus spring, they hung up on us the first time, called again and transferred us to U-Haul customer service. We had to Find a picture of the location on google street view, call the businesses around their and confirm that there was a u haul store since no one took our phone call seriously. She gave us the pin to the lock on the back and told us the key would be inside. The pin Was not correct. We spent 10 min trying to unlock it in the rain. She never picked up the phone to call anyone and refused to help. I had to call customer service and waited 15 min to get a response. The keys weren’t in the truck when we got the correct pin, they were in the lock box outside the store the entire time and she never checked. This process took an hour and a half from start to finish. So unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
