Texans Rodent Removal

If zero stars could have been left then it would be a more accurate review. Friend used them and they did not remedy the rodent problem and they will not refund the fee ($800). Like other reviews on here, owner (Kenneth) is unprofessional and does not hold up to warranty or what his company's name stands for.

DO NOT HIRE KENNETH. 4 months into his guaranteed service I still have rats in the attic. I asked for 1/2 of my money back and he flat out said, "No". He used racial slurs to my contractor. He threatened me over text. All of that and I still have rats. He got 1 star because it would not let me give him 0 stars. I thought guaranteed on the contract meant he guaranteed his work. Not the case.

They did the Racoon removal on July 2022. The racoons are back again now October 2022. Instead of helping us to find a solution for the racoon problem. He came by and check the previous entrance point for the racoon. It was already close. But, the racoon somehow is making the way back in. I asked him what can we do and his answer was "That's not my problem. " Service: General wildlife removal

Wonderful Job! The squirrels were taking over my attic and i called this company and Kenneth made them go away. He knew exactly what to do and how they were getting in at multiple locations. I couldn't see them until he pointed them out to me. I recommend them for the swift response and knowledge and follow through until the problem was solved. Good Job!!!
