John Cowart - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was just spoken to very rudely after requesting an email before I get off of the phone to confirm my insurance policy... I'm shocked and disappointed at the lack of care received.

I usually don't leave review's but just had to say Christie was very helpful and professional in answering my questions the service was just outstanding!!! had insurance for my 5 vehicle's within 15-20mins! Excellent customer service very professional and very knowledgeable on what she's doing & Great rates!! Very very satisfied definitely will be recommending friends and family to this place

Recently, while checking auto and home insurance rates/quotes, I called the John Cowart - State Farm Insurance Agent. Ms. Christie Amerson answered my call. During the call, Ms. Amerson answered all of my questions as well as advising me on State Farm's policy programs/discounts applicable to me. Additionally, Ms. Amerson sent several quotes for home and auto insurance to me via email. After gathering the information I needed from all agents, I decided to do business with Ms. Amerson/JCowart Agent. I visited the agent's office to finalize paperwork, initiate and pay for new policies. Ms. Amerson helped me in an expedited manner as well as displaying the highest level of professionalism. She was courteous, knowledgeable and is a positive asset to the agent. Keep up the great work...
