I have used Elite Real Estate Inspections (Edgar) twice in the last month. Edgar is professional and responsive. The first time I hired Edgar was for an inspection on December 24, 2020. He inspected the property and returned his inspection on December 25. Yes... That's right he worked on Christmas Eve and returned his report on Christmas Day! Recently, I hired Edgar for a second home inspection. He was equally responsive. He inspected the prospective property and provided his report 24 hours later. After each inspection, Edgar met with me to discuss his findings. He pointed out the most significant details and explained that his full report would provide more details. Edgar not only inspects homes, he also inspects pools and provides termite inspections. I have hired Edgar for all three services. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector. You will not be disappointed with him.
