Pulte Group did a wonderful job making our first home buying experience smooth and stress free (even during a pandemic). Our home is beautiful and we love the neighborhood. We were skeptical of their mortgage company because of reviews we found online but they delivered and got us a great rate, closing cost, monthly payment, and we closed on time.

Worst food I've ever had. They seem to have their ducks in a row though; it was almost like someone was cooking food that night that shouldn't have been in the kitchen. Even tried some of the dishes at my table, they all lacked greatly in flavor.

I was searching for home for 2 years but kept coming back to "The Grove" due to some attraction which is hard to describe. The lake at entrance with tall tree lining behind is scenic beauty. Being in Gleanlock Farms Subdivision is nice. I am glad I made this decision and has been happy with the quality of construction and the build process. The floor plans are modern and beautiful. The staff is professional, specially Field Manager, Brian Hopke, is the best based on his experience, dedication and regard for customers. Few things to caution before signing and design center selection is that Pulte has rigid processes during sales and construction, which perhaps might be necessary to maintain quality of construction and deliver in timely fashion. Be careful in design center because prices can quickly add up and they will resist making changes despite customer's willingness to pay for change order fee as specified in their sales agreement. But all this is acceptable because home quality is excellent and neighborhood is beautiful.
