Food isn’t bad just the service. How can you make business at this location when you close at 6 pm and people are barely making it home from work by that time.

Overall, food was great, good burger, fries & wings but the ranch was a little cold thats really the only problem i had I do recommend later closing times though :p

In my opinion and based on my experience... Wanted to go to this place ever since it opened. Finally made it in today but left underwhelmed! Place was empty, attendants at cash register were nice but relatively uninformed about the products they were selling. They started by rattling off what was not available on the menu! Strange...3 or 4 items unavailable. Picked 4 meals to take home, including loaded fries and onion rings, drinks, etc. Was informed that jalapeño cheese for the loaded fries was unavailable!! Settled for something else... Fancy soda dispenser was quirky and had to be reset to dispense. Asked for spicy sauce and was informed it would cost extra! Brought home food (beef burger, lamb burger and falafel burger) and found tastes to be nothing extraordinary...run of the mill, although fries were flat - like thick cut potato chips and tasty/not greasy. Overall, a so-so experience...not hurrying back anytime soon. Much better burger places at 2/3 the price in the N/NW metro area.
