Please dont use this company. Paid for a job he diagnosed, did and failed to fix the problem and isnt answering his phone now. On 1/1/23 my daughters room lost power so we googled electricians in our area and my wife contacted this company. Morris came out that day and quoted us $490 to do the repair but had the audacity to charge an additional $59.91 after he claimed the work is done. Since it was late at night on 1/1/23 he decided to come the follow day to complete the job. He replaced 4 breakers( $25 a breaker for parts he charged us), $400 to rewire the breaker panel(he only added 4 breakers) and then he added a jumper wire to a different circuit. He didnt fix the issue, as he left the power tripped again. He came back the first time and when it happen again that same day(we were gone the entire time) he said he will send someone out and he never did. THIS GUY TOOK MY MONEY AND ISNT ANSWERING OUR CALLS. Results: Got a new electrician to locate and fix the problem, even fix an issue he made in attempt to fix my issue. We are out $549.91. I reached out to this company on Sunday 1/1/23 as they were the only company listed as 24 hours with a 4.7 rating. The technician came out that afternoon and said he'd need to run to Home Depot to get a new breaker. He returned back and installed it but the power wasn't restored in the rooms that had initially lost it and he'd return again on Monday morning at 9am. He returned earlier to avoid having to work in the rain, which is understandable and worked to restore power in the rooms. After a few hours here, he left only for the same rooms to lose power when an alternate light was turned on. My husband called him back and he arrived and said again the issue was resolved, however, it wasn't. He stopped responding to our calls that day and we had to have another electrician come out on Tuesday. This is a shady operation at best and once money has been received, you are no longer treated with any respect that an unsuspecting customer would be treated with. We got charged $100 for parts from Home Depot that I picked up the next day for $12. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
