Shipley Do-Nuts

Maps and signage on this restaurant is wrong apparently. Showed up 30 minutes after opening hoping to eat inside. Was informed by the non-english speaking staff I had to order at the drive thru despite having walked to the location - very unsafe. After asking why the lobby to an apparently open restaurant was closed, they couldn't me an answer spoken in english or spanish. Zero customer service, zero stars. Imagine telling walk-up customers to stand between cars at a drive thru. Get real.

Customer service is bad here. Sucks because I love their donuts but not worth being treated badly. Very rude employees.

On Christmas Eve day, I went and bought donuts for my kids and I. I bought a dozen glazed donuts and kolaches . The glazed donuts were a darker brown than they normally are which was fine, but when my kids and I've bit into him they were completely Raw on the inside the dough was not even cooked. I didn't have time to go back there and ask for my money back because I was busy with my autistic son and his older brother. I will never go back to that location after years of going there, I will never go back. I refuse to spend my hard-earned money with companies who dont care about the quality of thier product.
