Very nice and efficient staff/office! Im expecting and they were very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable during the cleaning.

From the jump they were very helpful and all of employees seemed to be in great moods which is always very welcoming as a customer

This office is highly incompetent. The head dentist does his job well, unfortunately he is rarely there. I was going to tell my story, but I'm getting frustrated just recalling all of the events. My first 4 appts were a waste of time and gas. Each time I went, I had to RE explain why I was there or was sent back home bc they miscalculated patient needs. Until I cried from frustration and was scheduled with the exclusive Head Dentist. He did a great job, and when he was done, it was back to confusion and frustration. I paid for retainers after my braces were removed, today I walked out with only a top row bc someone only charged me for the top row....Ive been back and forth with this office for the past month and at the end of it all, my treatment is still incomplete. I have to now find a new dentist to make a bottom row retainer and have them perform the rest of my treatment. They really only care about getting money from you. If you're not signing up for their little dental plan, you feel like a one night stand doing the walk of shame. Very disorganized place to visit, they have all THE BEST excuses though. No cohesive communication. Just a money grab. I so regret coming to this office.
