Children's Universe of Spring Klein

Great facility and staff! Most daycares do not have the facilities this place has...from a large sock room with an indoor play area, to a large cafeteria eating area, to a large indoor gym, a seated theatre area & more. Awesome place!

I LOVE bringing my 1 yr old son here, he loves coming in every day. I love that they have taught my son so many things that he carries on at home. High recommend bringing your child!!!!

The care my child receives at Children’s Universe is beyond extraordinary. Previously, he attended another child care facility, and while his experience was not bad, he was never excited to go. When I tell him the night before that it’s a “school day” the next, his face lights up and he gets so excited! That comforts me so much. I love the curriculum and the school like structure there. So happy this is my sons home away from home.

My 3 y/o grand daughter was left by herself outside in the playground without any adult supervision. God only knows for how long and if it’s happened before 😡. My husband went to go pick her up at the usual time and checked in went to go look for her and did not find her, her teacher was no where to be found so he went outside and saw our little princess in a corner by herself playing with dirt. As soon as she saw her grandpa she seemed relieved and ran towards him saying “let’s go home, please “ 😩 The person in charge was not there to complain but we will make sure they get inspected thoroughly. Very disappointed in these people, with everything that’s going on with daycares you would think they would be more careful... of course we definitely do not recommend you bring your precious children here.

Do not send your kids to this daycare! I picked up my daughter on Monday and she seemed upset, she asked me to pick her up and when I did i notice HER PANTIES WERE RIPPED. When i asked her what happened she said someone ripped her panties ( my daughter just turned 3 so her language is still developing) So I marched back in the class and asked the teacher that was there what had happened and she said she did not know. So then I walked up to the front to make a complaint and the director said we will look into it and let you know something tomorrow. I took my daughter home and of course as any mother would asked her questions to see if anything else is happening when she starts to describe them pushing her down and punching walls to scare her, turning the lights off in the bathroom. Now my daughter is still a toddler and this is not my first child so I waited a couple hours before I asked her again and the same story was told by her even the making of a fist and her laying down on the ground. The next morning my husband and I drove up there to talk to the director so that they could review the footage of the day before in regards to the panties, but she was not there so the assistant director asked all the teachers that were with my daughter and nobody had an answer for anything, one teacher said she saw my daughter on the jungle gym outside and her panties looked weird but she figured they were just big.... So no one reported nothing and saw nothing by this point my husband and I are very frustrated but we agree to discuss this with the director when she gets in. When we arrived for the meeting with the director I tell her did ya'll review the footage since one of the main reasons I even chose this daycare were the cameras all over inside and outside the building, and her response was sorry but since Harvey which was last September none of the cameras record!!! Are you kidding me! How friggen convenient that in all of this time NO ONE HAS NOTIFIED THE PARENTS THAT THE CAMERAS DO NOT WORK!!!! Overall I received no answers and I have scheduled an appointment for a licensed therapist evaluate my daughter because all of this and I hope no one else falls victim to there negligence.
