        Trying to find someone to service Sta-Rite heater for spa. Turns on for a short time then off. Previous pool service person can't figure it out

        There is one word to describe Texsun: Honest. My electronics stopped working and I called a pool service company (not Texsun) to fix the problem. A guy came out and told me the problem was a blown circuit board and that the cost to fix it would be $900, plus a service fee of $125. I sought a second opinion from Texsun. They sent a very competent technician named Kong to come out and look at my pool. It took him about 30 minutes to determine that the problem was a defective capacitor on the pump. He fixed it in about 5 minutes. The cost was $157.00. Thank you Texsun and Kong for fixing my pool for a very reasonable cost!

        Tech was clear about the services and why the would be delayed (back ordered parts) and went above and beyond trying to get pool light installed.
