        Asked the representative, why every time my phone switches automatically to 5G it goes slower, when it was supposed to go faster than 4G, he said "some phones don't have 5G in their system", I told him that I have the latest Galaxy, he looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I still have the same issue and I still don't know why that happens.

        What an absolute Joke. I read the reviews about this store but I didn’t think they could all be so true. I got to the store around 11am and was told there were 6 people ahead of me and it would be an hour or hour and a half, they said they would text me when it was my turn. Which is not a problem at all , I don’t mind waiting and had other things I needed to do. The problem comes in when it’s now been 4 hours with not a text or call. Horrible business practice and I will not be returning. I walked into both At&T and t-mobile with absolutely no wait and greeted with smiling faces. Don’t waste your time with this location.
