EXCELLENT service and work! Adrian and the guys completed a repair on our island slab where the last crew left little to be impressed with. The guys were sensitive to Covid and donned masks at their own discretion, and were very thorough and clean throughout the entire process. Would recommend 110%!

Set up appointment time to come give us a quote to install new granite counter tops. He changed the appointment time last minute and never showed up to our location. Couldn't reach him after to ask what happened. I cannot comment on his work since he never worked for us, but he absolutely wasted a week of our time, when we could have gone with someone more professional.

Adrian the owner/installer is fantastic. He was on time and came the day he said he would. The workmanship and professionalism was perfect. His price was very fair and even though my job was small he still treated me and the job as if it were a total kitchen remodel. I highly recommend Adrian/Barron Granite and would hire him again.

APRIL 08, 2021 ————————— Update: After multiple attempts to reach out, contractor came to visit on March 20, checked things out, assured that he will find someone to complete it, and then took his shop vac that he left (which was the last of his materials left at our house). We should have known, he was going to ghost us as you’d need the shop vac to suck out dirt after re-doing areas of the tiles. We had to hire someone else to not only finish, but re-do the work. The new guy was appalled by all the terrible workmanship. He said, did the guy cut the tiles with his his teeth. Thankfully, we found someone that will finish this for us! MARCH 10, 2021 —————————— This is our second time getting work done with this small contractor. The first time, we had such a good impression of his work ethic, politeness, responsiveness, and the work he had done for us, we waited till he had some availability in January 2021 to hire him to do some renovation at our home because we trusted him and the employees he hires to work in our homes. Our second experience has been disappointing. The work he has done so far has been just okay, there are way too many flaws that need to be redone cause holes in a shower, uneven tile cuts in the middle is unacceptable. However, the project was abandoned hasn’t even been completed and neither are we getting a response as to when it will get completed which is unacceptable. Instead, we keep getting workaround that someone will be out to work on it. The work wasn’t supervised and we actually had to clean up after them moving all the heavy tile scraps and trash they left on the driveway since we got a notice from HOA. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Last response was that he was busy with other work which we understand, however, this project was started in January 2021 and now it is almost April, when it was expected to finish in 2-3 weeks max. We’ve paid for more than half the project due to the request of the contractor, now we wonder if we should have waited till the end instead of being understanding. To be completely honest, if we didn't truly believe he is a good person from our first experience, probably would have rated a lot lower cause this is unacceptable. I truly hate leaving this review and debated whether to post my experience cause I wanted to leave nothing less than 5 stars. However, at this point we are extremely frustrated being patient and it is hard for us to trust that our work will be completed for other renovation contracts we had talked with the contractor for our home. Also, we are contemplating the referrals given to our friends that also wanted some work done after seeing our work being completed. To people who made it this far in this post, my suggestion is that if you plan on doing any sort of stonework for countertops. HE IS YOUR GO-TO GUY! He is amazing at what he does for such an affordable price. And from the other reviews, it seems like the responsiveness to that type of work is faster. However, if you plan doing any renovation projects, be prepared for a long time for it to be completed which if you can get past that, worse is the feeling of being ghosted or your project not feeling like a priority because the communication is very minimum unless you initiate it. Or you get to a point where you feel like you need to complete it yourself. My suggestion for the company as it grows is to keep in communication with their customers to let them know what is going on. It's difficult to build a trust with someone, if there is no communication. Don't get me wrong, we have continuously tried to be understanding every step of the way despite the terrible communication and responsiveness, but everyone has a certain limit and its definitely been surpassed. We will be waiting for a couple of days to see if we get a response to when the project will finally be completed and if it does. If we don't receive a response, we plan on shopping around for someone to complete the work that is unfinished and to do the other renovation projects. And probably do all the painting ourselves.
