They are nice people but always screw up my hair color. I go in their to get my roots done (after getting my color done from them) they either get the roots too dark, or too light , grays not covered … this time I went in there letting the guy know I want my roots to match my hair color ( my hair was light mocha) He put color on my entire hair saying it’s a lighter shade and will make all my hair one color. I was excited . I thought finally my roots and hair color will match! Turns out all my hair because dark brown. Changed my entire hair color 😭 I liked my light color better which I said in the beginning that I want my roots to be just the rest of my hair color because I loved my hair color! Now I’m stuck with dark brown hair 😢 😭 (the grays did get covered this time) Went in for getting my roots lighter and got such a dark color instead, which I don’t like 😭 Service: Hair colouring
