        My monthly rate keeps changing I have to call in every month I've been with them for four months and four months I've had to call in and ask him why my bill is change and they go back to the normal amount but for those people that don't keep a close eye on their bills this is how you get scammed

        Someone has been frauding my parent's account for years and when I called with my parents to stop it. They explained to me that we can not and we aren't allowed to cancel. How can an account be started without someone's knowledge amd they won't help to fix it. They are not for the clients but for their bottom line. Be careful
