        Hair cut was great, but the way they handle the queue is not fair to walk in patrons. Online was a 69 min wait. I arrived and there was nobody waiting in the place and there were 7 people ahead of me in the virtual line. Once they checked me in I was still 7th in line and anybody who showed up who checked in online before me would get to skip me and whoever was waiting in the store. Good luck if you just walk in. You will have to wait for all the online people to go before you are served. I guess the strategy is to check in hours ahead of time and just skip everyone in line in the store.

        Jordan did an excellent job with my hair! She cut it to the style and length that I requested. This was the Southlake Town Center location.
