Dont waste your time and money place smelled like sewage woke up to one of our vehicles being towed by Isla Towinghad to wait for them to open to recover our vehicle until 11amgot asked to leave after I asked the reason why our vehicle was towedclerk was rudethis business displays online that its permanently closed which is a lieIve been trying to leave a review for ISLA TOWING and of course its set to where u CANNOT leave a review There were ants in the shower and restroom.could only enter property (F102) from back entrance, called host several times and he never respondedpictures make it seem like the beach access is nearby but wasntwould of given it a zero rating if that were possibleentire weekend getaway was ruined

Im usually not one for reviews but the experience staying here for 3 days was definitely sketchy. First of all the stress of even getting in is like no other, the check in person requires you to video call them through whatsapp? Ive never done that un my life they were literally just on the phone go guide you to the room which if youve been there you know the buildings are not big at all its just 4 floors. Also the elevator was super smelly, smelled like mold and cigarettes. Another thing the balcony was very sketchy it was wobbly and looked like it was made of plastic, it literally had a sign hanging on it not to lean on it. Which thanks for the heads up but come one now if we go to the balcony obviously we want to overlook the property/nearby beach. BEWARE The cleaning fee is a scam. We literally swept, mopped (TWICE) used our own Clorox wipes and even went out and bought trash bags. All in all we left the place spotless and they kept our cleaning fee deposit and they even added an extra $100 because of 1 more person being there. They said although the place was clean they still had to go in and sanitize the place.. yeah go figure. All Im saying is theres a lot of places on the island I would suggest you keep looking because this place doesnt seem to know how to run a business and instead of creating a welcoming environment they are pushing people away. I would recommend Saida Towers its affordable and the staff is much more attentive than these people ever were.
