There seems to be something wrong with you mentallyYou asked for a quote with a plated dinner we gave it to you. We gave you advice. You wrote back to us, wanting to remove half of the things off of the quote, which wouldn’t have made our minimum, which I explained politely. You even wanted to remove glasses of water that are required for a plated dinner. You don't seem to understand how catering works, and don't want to listen either. So instead you retaliate your frustration online acting like a child, instead of trying to communicate.Your email was extremely rude, and condescending. I think you need to look up the definitions in the dictionaryYou should also look into how an actual seated dinner works. Because apparently you don’t understand how that works. And just want everyone to listen to you because you know everything. In absolutely no way was I rude. But you act like this, so here we are, letting the public know you are a child. Contact one of Austin’s other popular caterers and see if they will do a seated dinner for you for $3000 and see if your guests like sitting down for dinner without a glass of water.YOU are a rude, self entitled, illogical human.Oh, and in no way am I "mansplaning" that is so offensive!!! VERY offensive. I am reporting you for bullying. GUESS WHAT I am trans! So way to go, good job.. Anyone else in this industry would explain it to you the same way, no matter their gender. Awesome person.
