    I dropped off a pair of jeans on June 29th to be fixed. The lady said they will be ready on the 2nd of July & she will call me when they come in. Never got a call from them so today (over a week later) my boyfriend called them this morning to see if they are ready. The lady told him they are not there yet (makes no sense to me) so I called after work today & she said the lady might be on vacation (might?). After a few words she found them (hmmmm?) Then told me I had to Pay cash because it's under $10.00 (so had to go to bank first) I don't carry cash. Needless to say, they lost a customer. I like things done when I'm told they will be done & I like convenience of not paying or touching cash.

    ETA as of Feb./March 2019: What used to be one of our favorite small, family-owned businesses around town is no longer at the top of our list. Just within the last few years, my husband and I have both spent thousands of dollars on having our clothes pressed. We trusted Texas Laundry with our pieces for work, funerals, weddings, date nights and other special occasions. Now, we’re on the hunt for a new dry cleaner. The attention to detail was thrown out the door within the last year. Inside my husband’s latest pickup was a pair of Ralph Lauren Polo pants with new holes on the back of the leg. Customer service and basic courtesy high-tailed it, as well. There’s a woman working the front counter and drive-thru, who has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. Everything is a bother to her... whether it’s sprinkling and she has to come out and deliver your clothes or walk to the cash register to scan your credit card. The only great thing to come out of all this is that I no longer have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to drop off & pick up our clothes. PAST review: Over the last year, my husband and I have had a few mishaps with important pieces and the pickup time we were promised, but with each mistake, they've made special allowances to get those specific pieces to me in time for the event I needed them for. The attendants are always friendly and have a smile on their face (even when they're melting from the sweltering heat inside). Yes, this location is still out of the way for us, but because of the great service we continue to return!

    The employee that greeted me was very short tempered and very none professional. I feel I was over priced but needed the clothes the next day and since they were close to my location I decided to give them a try. I will honestly say that I will be going to another cleaners from this point on.
