I took a Louis Vuitton wrap in to have it dry cleaned. The girl at the front desk checked the wrap out and saw the condition it was in (NEW). There were no stains or anything on it, I just wanted it freshened up. I only wore it once. When I picked it up, the girl I dropped it off with gave it to me and I notice right away as well as the girl who I gave it to me acknowledged that it was not in the same condition as it was when I dropped it off. We got the manager involved and he denied that the dry cleaner did the damage. He did not offer to give me back the cost to have it cleaned, and said I would have to take their business to small claims court to get any reimbursement for damages. I haven't been back since, and I highly recommend to stay clear of this dry cleaner.

Dropped off a brand new pair of Miss Me jeans, for alterations, three weeks back. They were supposed to call me when they were ready to be picked up. The girl behind counter told me a week! After not hearing from them for two weeks I called. There response for not calling to tell me that the jeans were ready was "sorry we forgot" Then i pick them up and the hem was horrible. It was uneven on bottom, and sewn over twice in several places. I asked the same girl again "why would they use bright yellow string to sew on dark pants they have white stitching?" She said she didn't know and walked to other side of store. I asked her is she cared that I was an upset customer and not satisfied with the finished product? She said "I guess" with a very rude attitude and smart look on her face. I told her i wasn't paying for this kind of service, especially on a pair of pants that cost +$100. She said ok! I asked for the owners number and she said she couldn't give it to me and then proceeded to leave me in waiting area and ignore me. She walked to back and closed door. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Took some dresses in for basic alteration & they told me they would call me in a couple days when completed. After not hearing from them for a week, I called to check on the order, and they seemed annoyed and said 'yeah, it's done'. I mistakenly returned once again, giving them the benefit of the doubt, to drop off a comforter to be dry cleaned. I walked in about 5 minutes after their posted hours of opening and sat at the front desk for five minutes before seeing a bell that I was to ring for service. I rang said bell, someone from the back turned around and saw me, then immediately turned back around to her work. Another ring of the bell, and a gentleman walked by the door, making eye contact with me, and continued on his way, giving no regard to the customer waiting at the front. After near ten minutes of being ignored, I picked my comforter up off the counter and left the building. As I was getting back in my vehicle, someone came up to the front desk, saw me leaving, smiled and returned to the back. I drove down the street to Best Cleaners and they were immediately helpful, $10 cheaper, and had the work done at the time they said they would. They obviously don't want my business, so I will gladly do as they wish and not give them anymore.
