        My elderly mother needed just a washer on her outside faucet. This plummer didn't have but one washer in the bottom of a bunch of tools in a bucket, so they took her faucet back to their shop and put a metal O ring in it. Of course it leaked more. They charged $80 for this failed service. We went to Lowes ourselves and got a variety pack of washers and fixed it ourselves.
