Working with Jim was a great experience. He worked us in to his schedule quickly and really took the time to talk me through any of the issues he was seeing in the house we purchased. His insight and experience was very helpful. He even made a special trip the following day to repair a light switch cover in the attic that broke during the inspection. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Called Denton County Home Inspection to inspect an older home I was purchasing. The home was a pretty far distance but Jim was nice enough to make an exception at the time. He inspected and got me a very detailed report and was happy to explain his findings and answer all my questions. Called requesting services / home inspection for a first-time purchase on a time-sensitive option period. Jim made time to come visit us the next day and had our typed report ready within 24 hours of completing his inspection. Very thorough work, fairly priced, and great customer service.
