Stayed 5 nights with 2 kids. It's a Motel 6 now. Our experience. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Pool is entirely fenced in so that's nice. Refrigerator and microwave perfect condition. A/C worked great. Pillows were not firm and lost shape easily. One of the pool lights hadn't been fixed and was placed outside the pool. Pool area not cleaned daily as beer cans were laying around numerous days although wasn't a big deal for us as there was plenty of room to sit in other spots. We didn't have an experience with any vagrants or loud parties etc. For the price it was a good decent place.
