I promised my son a root beer float for helping me out with some errands in a truck with no AC in 100+ degree heat. We ordered our drinks and waited around 30 minutes behind only 4 cars. We had no idea what was taking so long, but when we got to the window, the man told us they were out of root beer! He said they were pouring root beer from cans into the floats, but they were out of their specialty root beer. Couldnt he have told us that at the window so we didnt waste our time and sweat?! I cant believe he was going to sell us canned soda that I can easily get at the grocery store for a fraction of the price! I understand that items can run out, but he wasted our time by not telling us this info when we ordered. I asked for a coupon or something to make it right for wasting our time, but he had no desire to make us happy, and my son had to miss out on his root beer float. Ive never been to this location before, and thanks to this guy, Ill never go back.
