Spectrum

For some reason I got the best upgraded motem and router but my connection literally dropped and I lag in anyway possible from video games to video to even my WiFi completely shutting off for hours at times. When I go to restart my router it makes me set up my router all over again and I have to call for a special technician. SPECTRUM IS LITERAL GARBAGE

They are a very friendly and helpful staff. Easy location to get to and beautiful building. Their were very busy when I was there but they got everyone in and taken care of. Great experience! Would highly recommend this location!

This is a terrible service. The Customer Service Representatives for Spectrum are not properly informed of Spectrums product knowledge or their own policies and procedures. I was told one thing by a CSR and the same thing by a Technician about the service. A week later I spoke to a Supervisor and he informed me that the CSR and Technician I had spoken too before, had given me INCORRECT information. Apparently both of these employees are giving wrong information to their customers. Now, I had proceeded with the Spectrum service based on the information the CSR and Technician had given me at the time, and now apparently I am responsible for charges that I was told I wouldn’t have to pay. I have since cancelled their service and I wished I had never heard of this awful company in the first place.
