I used Precision Windows & Doors to install a new backdoor for my patio. Eddie was great and gave a lot of options and suggested a few things I hadn't thought of. Delivery and installation of the doors was on time, easy, and quick. The installers cleaned everything up and answered all my questions. Eddie called later to check in and ensure I was satisfied. When my dogs tore the screen door, Eddie came out as soon as I called to get it repaired. He is very personable and will go out of his way to ensure you are happy with their work. Precision did a fantastic job of installing my new sliding door. The installation crew was very professional and personable. Eddie was great with communication, always responded to my messages. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

From start to finish Eddie was a top notch business professional while still maintaining a personal connection with us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions we had. He was quick to respond to calls and emails. The ladies in the office were always friendly and kind anytime we called. Emails were answered promptly. Our install day arrived and the friendly installers arrived on time and got to work. Our new back door looks 1,000 times better than what we had. We received a call from Eddie a few days later to check on the door and see how we were liking it. Please stop wasting time reading reviews. This is absolutely the company that you want to hire for your windows and doors!
