Amazon Fulfillment Center SAT4

Today I received an email that stated my order had been delivered to my door. I went to retrieve it and it was not there. I called the custodian at our condo and ask if by chance the package had been left in the foyer? He said no, but I was the 8th resident that had contacted him about the same issue. The packages were nowhere to be seen. Later after inspecting the outside of the building, all 8 orders were found piled on a loading dock. This dock is not in a secure area. Anyone driving by could pick up the items. I might add that Amazon has an entry key in the foyer which allows them enter the building and deliver the orders to the individual condos. I hope that this issue will be addressed with this driver. It was disappointing that our custodian who not employed by Amazon had to do their delivery work today. 8/16/23.

Hard to find. Sign is not very visible at night. Very large and new location. Staff was very rude at my time of visit.
