Forced me to pay for them to do my patch when i could do it myself, took 2 MONTHS for it to get done and only after i reminded them and still took 2 weeks afterwards NEVER called, but when you walk in they are always on the phone. Maybe if i was white my business would be valued. Dont go here if your a POC unless you got a free voucher.

Amazing customer service; Siew and Nicky are some of the most cheerful and patient receptionists I've ever met! They're quick to lend a hand and provide great sizing advice whenever I'd like to try out different coats. Siew even offered to help take pictures from my phone at various angles to help me decide on my order. Seeing them honestly makes my day and I hope everyone feels the same way after coming :)
