        Awful place!!! Don't forget to follow up IN PERSON if things are ordered, do not trust that it'll actually get done because it won't be. Managers/assistant managers are awful, rude, defensive, and absolutely unhelpful. Punt blame on everyone else but themselves.

        Placed my uniform order in June. Kids start school next week and still no order. I called in July and they said the order would be mailed out within a week, it's been 3 weeks. I would've rather had the school stay with Lands End, they were always on point.
