Health Texas medical group off of wurzbach and i10 had horrible front desk check in administration and the doctors have no idea what they are talking about or doing!. Horrible service all around they just want to take your money and dont send billing info to insurance without charging you out of pocket first because like they said they want there money. Horrible medical group i do not recommend them at all i changed my pcp after first visit. They need to clean house! Immediately! If you have this medical group I recommend changing pcps and leaving them Immediately! For new patients i wouldnt even waist my time with trying to become a new patient! Find another pcp office becuase this one is not worth your time or money. They really dont care about your health! At All! Horrible service all around!

Spoke with receptionist over the phone told me if I filled out the paper work online that I didn’t need to get to my appointment 30 minutes early. So I did that and showed up 15 minutes early still and they turned me away because it was against office policy for new patients and I still needed to show up 30 minutes early even though I was completely ready to go.

It is terrible to wait more than 2 hours, they have to be considerate of patients, we also have a life of our own, they see it as an adult But we are still active
