Best Place for Luxury travel. Great rates, Personalized service and they are literally with you every step of the way. You do not realize how much you need a travel agent until you book with one. The absolute best way to get the most out of your trips.

So, a little over a month ago, my roommate went in to talk to an agent about traveling to Spain. He gave them our contact information and was told they’d be in contact with us. For almost two weeks (if not three) we received nothing from them: no call, email, carrier pigeon, nothing. So, about two weeks ago, I go in to talk to them myself. I go in the front door, wait for a few minutes until a worker finally approaches me. I don’t remember her name but she is the one whose desk is located right behind the wall where the bookshelf is located right when you walk in. Right from the get-go, she gave me this odd feeling that I wasn’t welcomed. Nothing obvious, just a feeling. In talking with her about our hopeful trip to Spain and trying to tell her we were looking for good deals on flights to Spain (I say trying because she walked over me speaking several times), she came off as unbelievably condescending, rude, and highly insulting. She was insinuating that I was wasting my time trying to visit Spain because it was going to be expensive. Yeah, I’m aware. I’ve been watching prices since early December. I’m aware it’s expensive, that’s why I’m here. I can only imagine why she decided to treat me with such disregard: was it my clothes? Age? Color of skin? Other physical attribute(s)? Regardless, she was highly insulting and rude. She then told me she’d give my information to her coworker who specializes for Spain. I never was contacted. I assume she probably tossed my information in the trash the second I left. Next time I’m looking for travel services (after my upcoming trip to Spain, obviously), I’ll take my business where I won’t be treated like a waste of time.
