Wish I could put no stars . It was horrible went recently no greeting as I walked in as if I never existed . So I left .

I feel really bad for the doctor, he has terrible assistance. I just came back from trying to pick up my glasses but the guy at the front desk just left without saying anything, I thought he went on break but he left for about an hour and left about 5 people waiting to be assisted. Then finally the doctor came out and asked where he went and was really frustrated because he didn't even know there were people waiting or that his assistant left without saying a word. He really needs to fire that guy and hire new people. I just wanted to pick up my glasses and he kept telling me to sit down and wait, but yet another customer came in asking to pick up their glasses and he just gets up and gives it to them. WHY?! In the end everyone who was waiting had to leave and I didn't get my glasses, the doctor closed down the office for the day trying to figure out where his workers went. I feel really bad for the doctor :( but yeah... I don't recommend this place to anybody, the service here is really really bad and very unprofessional.

The worst place to go. They are closed on there open days and don't have sighs or any form of What to let people know that there closed. I came from out of town and none of my stuff the said was ready. I called and called no answer. Drove there hours to find out there at a convention .. And rude when I say I called and called . I need to see to do my job. Now I am leaving with out my contacts . That I need

Absolutely the worst service. I waited three weeks without any update or information regarding my contact order. When I finally decided to go in to talk to them the kid(literally looks about 16 yrs old) that handles the insurance was lying on the floor in the middle of the office. This kid has absolutely no clue what he is doing and told me he really didn't care because they were not getting money back from my insurance anyway. He said he didn't know how to order my contacts and that I would need to figure it out. FYI, Texas State Optical had absolutely no issues ordering my contacts through my insurance. At any rate, Vision Now probably has the worst customer service and the kid that handles insurance really needs some training.
