The beginning of May2022 My Truck was involved in an accident. I took my Ford King Ranch in May 2022 to A&M Auto center for repairs. It is now end of NOV22, I still don't have my vehicle! I owe about 10K on my truck loan and they charged my insurance 20k for repairs! Since the beginning, they have lied to us. 1st saying waiting on parts, then blaming the insurance, parts again, adding repairs, ignoring my call act. Every time we would call they would say they are working on it and this week it will be ready. Then turn around and say they are waiting on parts, then say they have all the parts and it's getting repaired. Every time it is a different thing that is wrong with the truck. I would call every two weeks and was told they were working on it. My husband and I have been very understanding about all situations. We ended up finding out all their workers had quit and haven't started working on my truck. Again, we were understanding. Mitch said she had a new mechanic and they would start repairs. It would be 2 weeks and it would be ready. Never not once has Mitch called to give me any update on status. Every time I call she says let me find out and I'll call you back and NEVER do. We also found out by one of their workers they don't have my truck, they sent it to another shop to get repaired. I called that shop and my truck has been ready for months. Mitch again kept blaming my insurance, so I called my insurance and they said they already paid her for all the "extra supplements" and sent me the proof Mitchi got paid. The last time I talk to Mitch she got mad and said don't call me, I'll call you when your truck is ready and hung up. She gets mad because I call asking for updates. Mind you, I don't call every day, I call maybe every 2weeks. Mitch is not answering my calls. Her employees keep saying she is not in and she is the only one who can handle this situation. The auto shop that has my truck says all they are waiting for is for Mitchi to pay them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR A MONTH FOR IT TO JUST GET DIAGNOSED AND ANOTHER MONTH TO GET IT "FIXED"! OH AND THE BEST PART WHEN YOU GET IT BACK AND DRIVE IT FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS IT'S STILL DOING THE SAME THING YOU TOOK IT IN FOR AND IT'LL BE YOUR FAULT CAUSE " THEY FIXED IT". HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!! DEFINITELY WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION! YOU DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!! JUST TRYING TO SAVE SOMEONE ELSE THE MONEY AND HEADACHE!
