Taco Cabana

I would give it negative 5 stars if I could. I orded through the app. When I arrived, I called them to let them know I was there. I waited for 20 min, then called to ask where my order was. I was asked what it was and I told her. Then 5722 Wood Oak min later, she came out with my cold, hard flour tortilla wrapped tacos. Smh.

I ordered what I wanted and then they also gave me someone else's meal which I did not discover until I was home but they included my meal so I had the second meal for dinner tonight. I love Taco Cabana.

I love Taco Cabana so much it hurts me to leave this review. I recently started working in Stone Oak and regularly come here for a quick bite. Unfortunately, this location is having a staffing problem. The high expectations of people in this part of town coupled with their bitter attitudes is scaring away young workers and demoralizing the ones that are truly trying. If you walk in and are greeted by someone over the age of forty, you will receive good service because they are a veteran from another store. If you encounter someone that is new to the workforce, please treat them with dignity and respect. Odds are they haven't been dining here as long as you and don't know you're expectations yet. Speaking maliciously isn't negated by your mindless 'thank you' at the end. It doesn't matter how important you think you are. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to help this location get back to normal after the pandemic.

My First time there and is the Worst! One - Walked in and the place was terribly filthy, There was not one table or chair clean, the floor wasn't swept since I don't know when. There was dirt everywhere. Two - the young man at the counter told me they don't sell ground beef enchiladas, Okay your menu says you do, He really was more annoying the helpfully. Three - Never a smile or any kindness from the young man behind taking our order and Money. Four - The Cook in the back that you can see clear as day, Threw food around as well as his attitude. If been in business well over 35 years and I My God - if that was my place, I would have FIRED THAT CREW and CLOSED IT DOWN, untill that place was CLEANSED FROM HEAD TO TOE......Me and My Wife felt so filthy leaving that facility. Recommendations --- STAY AWAY. PS if you're reading this taco cabana crew. YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC !!!!!!!!

This was horrible!!! Waited forever, food was cold, I wish I could share a picture of the slop I got . I asked for refried beans and got no beans at all . I even asked before I left to make sure and she said yes. Double helping of cold rice with huge chunks of tomatoes. The enchilada was so tough I had to cut it with a knife. The taco was cold but at least I could tell what it was . I only live 5 minutes away so I thought it would at least be warm when I got home. This is the second time and the last time I'm ordering from here . It is the one on Stone Oak and Huebner in San Antonio.
