Lack of customer service. Victoria Secret gradually gets crappier, no wonder so many locations are closed. The women working here only talk to you and ask if you need help if you look and dress a certain way, otherwise they wouldnt even look at you when you walk in.

Let me start by saying I absolutely do not trust being measured or the opinions of bra experts in most bra stores because my experience has always been poor. Im very aware by the interactions that my expert is not an expert, seems to know little about the bra and how it affects my day to day experiences AND just throws out recommendations based on best sellersnot MY body/chest type. With that being said, I have been trying to correct spillage and I took a chance while in the store and asked for help. ELAINA is officially the Queen of Bras in my mind and no one can tell me different. She took one look at the bra I tried on and came back with multiple options, told me what to expect, how it should feeloh and that I needed to go up a cup size (which I didnt believe until I tried her recommendations.) I really wish I found her YEARS ago. Truly. I came back today for a strapless becauseI now only trust Elaina to help me and BOOMperfect bra on the first try. But get this..she remembered my bra size after over a month and only one encounter. Say whaaat?! #Queenofbras Promote her to DM, Regional, owner.whatever it takes to have more LIKE her in your stores! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Walked and and was interested in buying stuff! I was looking around, throughout my 20 min shop I had seen 4 workers. None of them asked me if I needed help or hi welcome The vibe there was not it. No friendly girls they were all rude and chatting to themselves. No wonder the store is always dead. They arent friendly to the customers.

I had several coupons and a sales girl immediately jumped to say " oh well you can't use that coupon" Rude. It's not good for another 2 days but I was looking for my birthday coupons that were sent because I have credit card. I stopped looking for them and just paid. I will go to another location and buy more stuff. Unnecessary rudeness. The lady at registration did take good care of me. She deserves a 5 star.
