        I was very pleased overall with Dr. Hilton's care. He is very busy neurosurgeon. He spent adequate time explaining the plan for my care after viewing my MRI. His nurse assistant, Wendy, was readily available to answer any queations. She consulted directly with Dr. Hilton when I had a complication following my discectomy. I had the utmost confidence in the care I received.

        Very poor customer service. Staff not willing to help when clearly there has been an issue. Spent more time waiting to be called in than actually spent with the doctor. Said I would be getting a call in 2 days to set up therapy appointments. Still in pain and still have not received a call. Called the office to get help and still have not received a call back. Will not recommend.
