Dr. Wagner is a very skilled surgeon. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and she removed all of it. She is extremely thorough and double and triple checks her own work. I recently needed to have a port put in and bc she is such a phenomenal doctor, I asked that she would be the one to do the procedure. Both procedures went very well and thanks to Dr. Wagner and my cancer team, I am ok.

According to some reviews, including mine, she's not worth going to due to the poor quality of her staff. They absolutely suck at their jobs. They basically make the patient do what they're getting paid to do, like obtaining my own scans, despite signing releases of information and make you enter your own information as a new patient twice (paper forms then on a tablet). Then, despite weeks of communication with her staff (Janet) I'm denied a visit because I don't have images with me. I had detailed notes from the radiology center, which I felt were sufficient to see me. There is no compassion or consideration for a terrified breastfeeding mom who has a toddler and a newborn at home, making me come and hour early to my appointment and denying me the appointment and hour later after all that leg work. I wish there were 0 stars.

very unprofessional staff. It took several calls including from Doctor gynecologist office to call them, also from me in order to schedule an appointment. Then 2 days before I received a call from them the Dr Wagner cancelled the appointment because was not going to be at the office the day of my appointment. I will give them a star for at least to contact me. Then on the day of my rescheduled appointment, almost a month after, I went to the office in downtown, it took a while for the women at the front desk to semi smile. Then I was informed Dr did not want to see me because she wanted to see the CD, since I didn't bring the CD with me, I would need to reschedule. I had sent them an email to please request the CD themselves because I could not take off from my job to get the CD and take off for the day of the appointment as well. They ignored my email. But the gave me the poor excuse they never received the email, when I know they had to receive it because I had receive a reply from that same email about another questions I had regarding this appointment. Then I request an appointment date right there and then,but they said the "scheduler" will call me. A month passed and nobody has called me yet. A lot of waste of time. Very sad. They are making their money from the tons of insurance approved short visit -- poor visits.

Very pleased with Dr. Wagner. Made a very nervous patient feel that I was in capable hands. Surgery went very well.
