Worse experience ever from the owner Doug. He is unprofessional and lacks integrity. It took them 6 weeks to deliver the 10 day turn around that’s advertised. Only to recieve packages that are wrong. He refuses to issue us our sponsor plaques and 20% cash back to our league for the business we gave them, also advertised. He is now, by means of coercion to our board members, asking we remove our review on FB or we won’t recieve what was agreed upon. He has failed continuously to communicate and keep his business end of the deal. And to add to the bad experience, in his defense, he came back with false accusations of inappropriate behavior involving his employees and us. The resolution to our concerns is easy, just make it right, Doug. Rule #1 in any business: *Customer ALWAYS comes first.

My son and daughter had pictures taken by this company this past Oct 2019 through our football organization-Columbia Football League. I had not received the digital downloads informed I would get and had to call multiple times before I actually received them. The physical items (3 photo packages and 1 steel tumbler with photo) were not completely received. I am still missing their buddy shots and tumbler. We were informed by our organization that they were trying to get in contact with them as multiple families did not receive their items or what was given was incorrect. My daughter’s cheer team photo had a person placed in it that wasn’t even a part of her team or coaching staff so that was another issue that needed to be resolved. I have tried calling daily and have also sent messages through their website and no one ever responds. I just want my items or a refund. Very poor customer service and horrible experience with this company. They sure didn’t have problems processing every parents payment. Seek a different company for any sports needs as they obviously can’t handle high volume orders. They also had a Facebook page which they shut down but probably because of all the negative comments they were receiving. Again just want my ordered items or a refund. I shouldn’t have to hound a company to get what I paid for.
