Dont hesitate to use this company for all your sign needs. I contacted them in a hurry when our first signs didnt work. They created an awesome design and completed it in a hurry AND before they were promised! Our senior football players will cherish these banners proudly hung around our stadium for years to come!!! I am a small business owner.
The last thing that I want to do is leave a bad review on buisness. Unfortunately I feel like I have to do it.
About 9-10 months ago we ordered 3 rolls ups. Till recently everything was great but then in 2 weeks 2 out of the 3 signs got a small connecting piece broke.
We contact titan 3 different times explaining them its only a small 10 bucks piece that need to be replaced.
First two times they told my assistant they cant do nothing then I called and I asked to speak with the manager. He said he would call us back the next day after he would personally check what they can do.
You can already guess they never called and when we called for the fourth time they said they can do nothing.
Now wait for the best part we just found another company because we need a 4th sign and they would do the same sign instead of 240 like those guys for 140.
I really hope they would learn to give better customer service.
