I had a leather holster redone by Repurse. I came away impressed with the workmanship, customer service and the very fair price. I’m glad I found this couple. Plus he completed the work on time. He kept me up to date on the progress and went over options before he started the work. 100% satisfied customer. Hard to find businesses like them these days. Thanks again!

I have made several purchases from Repurse and each experience is nothing but exceptional! They are honest about any used bag you buy when it comes to the condition. The communication is great and shipping is fast! They really do make owning a designer piece affordable! Thank you for giving great customer service and great items!!

Returned purse more grey than clean that I had to ask to be done again to be original lavender suede, had it cleaned twice at other places and never had that issue before. Rubbed off maker’s mark “cleaning”, returned multiple purses with the “cleaning” meaning they rubbed the heck out of the leather till they stripped the color and then left lighter/white spots on multiple purses. Returned a Furla bag “cleaned” where the handles had obviously not been touched at all. Returned a vintage bag with the little sewing done inside but didn’t glue the liner down for some reason. When I wrote and asked to have this done, would have been open to paying additionally, they simply blocked me! Message about time spent was laughable, I did not make them do a poor cleaning job so it had to be done twice, I did not even ask them to reach out to a vintage purse company but they spent a lot of time doing so, not that they fixed their mistake. They RUBBED OFF the maker’s mark on a Texan vintage Pavan bag “cleaning” it and just returned it to me like that, just scrubbed away at it mindlessly and zero attention to detail. Beware the glossy photos, up close its a paint on stuff and crackles and cracks easily with use. Can see pretty much anything. Since they did not respect me enough to take the feedback, actually do the work properly (hello? Clean a hand strap?) and even set up a new fee but simply block me, I cannot recommend them. Additionally, 2 of their 5 star ratings are from the owners, Ashli and Brandon, themselves. Ahem.

Repurse is a life changer! Never did I think I could procure such beautiful, high quality designer bags, but Repurse makes it easy! Always on the edge of my seat with what pretty thing they'll post next!
