Been storing goods here for over a year and have been paying $79.00 for my unit. Today, I got a letter in the mail stating rent is increasing to $129.00. And what’s the reason? “This increase helps us ensure our commitment to proving excellent customer service and the best self-storage experience for our customers”. How does a $50 increase in rent for a 10x10 unit provide me an excellent customer service and self-storage experience? Who came up with that sentence? Nothing says, “Thank you for being a loyal customer who has always paid on-time, never defaulted, and never violated lease guidelines” like adding an additional $50 to the monthly rent. Unreal. Facility is nice and the staff is friendly, but if you choose to rent here, don’t be surprised when they disappoint you in the near future with a letter just like this. I just won’t be the chump to pay that price anymore.

The front office was very professional and the price was way more affordable than other storage unit places. I really enjoyed their business.
