        We chose RugStudio for the "Hassle free" return policy. We were certain of our rug choice and prepared that the color may be a bit lighter or darker than the photo. Being a designer that used to procure rugs, we chose a wool rug that was thick and great quality. When it arrived the quality of the rug was exactly as expected but the color was way off what was pictured on the internet or we would have kept the rug. So much for hassle free. An expensive lesson- for $155.38 in return shipping fees and lugging a 100# rug to the UPS store we have no rug and are out the money.
