Amazing service! Quick to redpond to all questions. After the hail storm our neighborhood was quickly full of roofing professionals. We had used American Homes Roofing because they are local for a much smaller home. They did an excellent job installing a roof on our mom's home. We remembered how kind they were to her, how they made sure she was satisfied. We asked for a quote on our home and we never regretted it. From begining to end communication was great! Our roof looks great and we're Happy! Our sales Manager was Tony. He's an expert in his field, professional and a man of his word. We highly recommend this company. Just had a roof replacement done and I am very impressed with the quality of materials used and the workmanship of the install. I was even more impressed by the professionalism and courteous service offered by Mr. Tony Lozano and his crew. Tony made two trips out to the house (one on a Saturday morning) to review the proposal and assist in the insurance claim process. He was responsive, kept me informed, accommodated my schedule, and the job was complete in one day. Excellent customer service and worthy of a 5-star rating. I highly and without any reservations recommend American Homes Roofing. Tony is absolutely amazing to work with. He maintained a professional demeanor and quick responsiveness throughout the entire project. When rain was predicted, he arrived in the middle of the night with tarps for my roof. His crew was neat and respectful of my property. They finished the job on time and on budget. They checked with me several times after completion to make sure all was still ok. Moses is the man to go to. You can tell right away he is experienced and knows what hes talking about. I had my entire roof replaced due to hail damage. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. He made the experience quick and easy. His team were very professional, and left absolutely no mess at all around my property.
