Company was very responsive. First guy who came to measure and provide quote was very helpful and detailed. Always a person to talk too when I called. Installers are hard workers and professional. Worked even under rainy conditions. Finished on time and cleaned after themselves. No complaints. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is bc they showed up a day before they needed to be here an that I had to call twice to get a receipt/warranty. Minor things really. Service: Gutter installation

As many have eluted directly or indirectly, Alfaro Rain and Gutters are not customer oriented. I got the estimate and the representative was informative and attentive. I schedule the installation for the first week of August. I had to re-schedule do to work, then the new schedule date came about, I did not received a call or confirmation the previous day, on the date of I waited until the appointed time I received no call either. When I call attendant seems not to have me on their schedule. The attendant told me that the reason they have not come is because their supplier did not have the materials. I told her that I had to take a day off work for this appointment. The attendant dais that she will reached to Mr. Alfaro for more information, then she call me back to tell me that the gutters were painted wrong and they needed to reschedule. I gave then the opportunity and reschedule. Today the same thing happen no call no confirmation, I have been calling since 8am to get confirmation, when I got a response around 10, the attendant told me that she will contact Mr. Alfaro for more information and started to give me the same excuse about the material shortage. Again I stated that if they have a problem they should have called the day before or with enough time to reschedule. Not recommend to anyone in the area of Converse, Universal City, Cibolo, or Schertz. Service: Gutter installation

Terribly sloppy work and lack of attention to detail. They had to make 5 separate trips to correct their mistakes. Additionally, they failed to completely clean up any of their messes. I would not recommend them for even the tiniest of jobs.

I had gutters installed on my new home today— in a word— wow!! I knew the gutters would look good, as my neighbor had his gutters installed by Alfaro Gutters. He has used Mr. Alfaro‘s company on a few of his previous homes and highly recommended them. He said they were very reasonable and always did an outstanding job. The office called me ahead of time to let me know the crew was on the way. They were on time, professional, courteous and polite. They did an outstanding job and cleaned everything up before they left. I could not be happier and highly recommend them! Service: Gutter installation

He came and gave an estimate for me and my friends with a write up and when we were ready to go with them to do the job he scheduled few days to do the job and never showed up and when we reached out he said he will come and do the job and pushed for 3 weeks stating that he will come and do and delayed for over a month and on the day of installation he texted us and stated that he need more money to do the Job and will not do for the price what he quoted earlier. He is not honest and what ever the price he quoted initially he couldn't stick to that word or the price what he gave us on the paper I see his post for my earlier post stating that he can give a discount of 100 not 1000 that is a big lie. He himself gave a price quote and i never asked him a 1000 discount, i have all his paper estimate details and also his texts what he communicated with me. Honestly he is not honest nor he sticks to his own estimate on what he gave and not even sticks to his word.. I would never/ever recommend some one to go with them to have gutter installation.
