Whataburger

I love Whataburger. And I usually don't have a bad experience with service. No matter what time I visit any location. We came to this location about three in the morning. At this location though service sucked. The manager, Cyn, was not in a good mood. We tried to get her to smile and she rudely said no I'm not smiling. Then we tried to get the girl who brought our food out to smile and we received same funky attitude as Cyn. Food was good as usual.

Put in my mobile order for drive thru pick-up. Showed at at the time - just after 11pm. Drive thru line was pretty long but nothing unusual for a late night Whataburger. It took 45 minutes to get to the window. My sandwich tasted like it had been sitting there for all 45 minutes of that time. At least the fries were fresh and hot and the drink was poured while I was there. I have no idea why it took so long. They looked properly staffed. Definitely won't go through that drive thru again.

Horrible place to work at. Eating the food there can be good, depending who works there that day? But manager wise, watch your back. They have their favorites, and if you go the slightest bit out of line as in, you ask too many questions or you don't do something right, you'll get called right into the office. I'm not gonna name names, but if you choose to work there, you'll know right off the bat the people I'm talking about. Also watch out for all the gossip and lies. That place is famous or infamous for that. Of course, there are upsides to working there. You will make friends, and there are some good managers that don't have favorites. I've met my boyfriend there, and I've met my best friends there, so. Watch out for what I'd like to call crunch time on Fridays and weekends . It gets hella busy, move fast fast fast or you'll get yelled at by customers or managers and get called into the office.

For real, its time to start opening the dinning rooms. Im over spending 25 minutes in the drive through just to find out the milkshake machine is broken. Just say up front you dont want to pay your employees and are keeping everything closed so you can make more of a profit and then let us decide if its worth stopping or not
