Waste of time.
Overall, a waste of time. 10 days from the contractor going to my home, meeting my realtor, and walking around my property, I finally get a response of "We are unable to provide a quote at his time. You will need to make other arrangements".
It's unfortunate because it seems like Julio is a hard working individual. As of now, my only real experience is an unresponsive office who gave me the runaround with numerous excuses; new staff, no staff, sick staff, we did it, we sent it to different dept (not sure if all or any of the issues were true). Getting an estimate shouldn't be this complicated.
Not sure if Julio is a good contractor but I'm certain his office is terrible and I wish I had gone elsewhere.
Support a different local contractor if you value your time.
