Terrible experience at this apartment complex. Apparently its residents are not supposed to ever have guests. Last night when I arrived at the apartment complex, I saw the sign at the entrance which states that the parking on premises is for guests and residents only. Being that I am a guest, I parked my vehicle with DV plates in a properly marked parking spot and within five minutes, my vehicle was towed at my expense. I spoke with management, who told me that it is the residents responsibility to tell guests that they cant park on the premises, even though the sign states guests are allowed. I dont see why a resident would be responsible for letting guests who are abiding by the signs instructions that they need a placard to park, even though I arrived after the office was already closed and couldnt have gotten a placard even if there was a sign that told me I would have needed one. I even checked their website, which states nothing about guests needing special placards to park or certain hours that guests need to park within. I am disappointed by the apartment complexes lack of informing its residents, as well as its guests of these unspoken policies that incur this type of inconvenience. ***UPDATE*** I spoke with management again, who told me that they dont issue guest parking placards and that guests are allowed to park from 7am - 7pm. It would certainly be convenient if there was a sign stating such or if they made there residents aware of these rules. If Im a guest and need to park after 7pm, I wouldnt be able to get a placard anyway because again, the office would be closed. Highly disappointed in these unwritten rules that are impossible for guests and visitors to somehow be aware of and follow.

I live near the playground area and a recent issue we are experiencing is the old man with the daughter who lives on the first floor taking photos of our children. He comes out and complains about them playing even though it is within appropriate hours and has recorded and took photos of them even after being asked to stop by us and the police. I wish the complex would do more about this as my children cant even enjoy the playground anymore. I worry that he could hurt them. Beware to any other parents who live here.

Truthfully I hope Jesse falls over and breaks his neck and can no longer be the manger here. He is absolutely horrible at his job and gets nothing done. Only answer he knows to any complaint or question is I dont know.

The manger never has any idea what is going on in the complex. He is constantly asking residents why cops or fireman are on location. There has been many incidents within the last month where the manger has no clue that residents are out of power and the lady who assists her name is Angela is rude and talks to people as if they are stupid.
