If I ever have to move to another home, or help a family member find their perfect residence, I am going to call Schrader. The entire team is friendly, caring and patient with hysterical homeowners and home seekers. The staff responds quickly to every situation, and constantly checks in to make sure the home buying/selling experience goes smoothly and efficiently. When you deal with Schrader, you are never left in the dark as to what is happening and why. Schrader's professional stagers and photographers present your home in a manner that quickly garners interest from prospective buyers. My home sold in 5 days. After my listing went public, the buyer was on site and touring the house within 24 hrs. Schrader will be involved with the purchase of my new home, which I am certain will be another positive experience.

Ashlee was amazing! I cant stress that enough! This was our first time selling a house so we had no idea what we were doing when the process first started. Ashlee was so patient with us and answered every possible question we came up with. She was able to make great recommendations for any repairs we needed done and overall she made the entire process so easy. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone we know. We seriously loved her!!!

I can't rave enough about Jaymi Binkley and her partners at The Schrader Group. I began working with Jaymi in August and we thought we would be ready to post by September, but my hot water heater had other plans. I ended up have to have my house restored and it took five months. Jaymi hung in there with me through all the stress of water mitigation, restoration, paint and floor selection, and my personal drama. She is the most patient, thoughtful, no-nonsense angel. Once we were ready to post, Jaymi executed a strategy that was flawless. After only two days of showings, my house was sold and we closed in three weeks. I recommend Jaymi Binkley and the Schrader Group with no hesitation! I do not know what I would have done without them!
